Job Summary:

‍As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing the user interfaces of our web-based applications to ensure a smooth, visually appealing, and highly functional user experience. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create responsive and accessible designs that meet both business objectives and user needs across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI/UX design process for web-based applications on desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.
• Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, and implement design solutions that improve usability and accessibility.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and functional requirements into engaging user interfaces.
• Optimize application workflows and interactions for seamless multi-platform experiences.
• Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and iterative design improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Ensure consistency in design patterns, color schemes, typography, and branding across all platforms.
• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs and provide necessary design assets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in web-based application development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work for desktop, mobile, and tablet applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG, ADA compliance).
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in designing SaaS or enterprise applications.
