The California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") defines privacy and the sale of private information in a very general way. This general definition can categorise some private information usages as a "sale" of private information which in turn makes residents of California to be eligible for opt-out of this sale.
As stated in Schemon's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, Schemon does not sell (as in for exchange of payment) private information to third parties. Schemon clearly defines used cookies and collected data in the appropriate policy documents. Schemon does use private information to improve its content and/or targeting and/or functionality to better serve its customers.
